Will + Blu Interiors in an interior design studio located in Columbus, Ohio. Founded by Brittany Poll in 2019, Will + Blu manages both large and small scale projects across the country. Brittany & her team focus on embodying a refined balance of organic luxury and effortless livability. Their aesthetic is rooted in organic textures, natural materials, and timeless craftsmanship, resulting in a curated palette that feels both grounded and elevated. Every space is meticulously layered to create environments that are as welcoming as they are sophisticated. Will + Blu's signature style honors authenticity, favoring warmth over perfection and celebrating the quiet beauty of well-lived, thoughtfully designed spaces. The Team
For Brittany Poll, Owner and Principal Designer of Will + Blu, design has always been more than a passion — it's been a way of life. A registered nurse by trade, Brittany spent years nurturing her love for interiors in her spare time, dreaming up spaces that felt both beautiful and deeply lived-in. When she met her husband, an engineer with a knack for craftsmanship, their shared talents sparked countless home projects — many of which earned recognition on local Home Tours.
Before officially launching Will + Blu in 2019, Brittany also ran a pop-up retail shop from 2016 to 2018, where she honed her eye for curated goods and learned the ins and outs of running a business. That experience, paired with her natural design instincts and a desire to create spaces where life could unfold effortlessly, led her to turn her passion into a full-fledged career.
Today, Brittany stands at the heart of Will + Blu, personally guiding each project from vision to reality. Her approach blends approachable luxury with organic materials and thoughtful details, always keeping the rhythms of everyday life at the center of every design
Claire Weix, Designer at Will + Blu Interiors, has always had an innate appreciation for thoughtfully designed spaces. After building a successful career in the fashion industry, Claire chose to pursue her true passion and transitioned into the world of interiors. In 2020, she joined Will + Blu Interiors, where her dedication, creativity, and keen eye for detail quickly made her an essential part of the team.
Claire further honed her expertise while working at a Cleveland-based interior design firm and boutique, gaining hands-on experience with luxury furniture and accessories. She brings a strong commitment to purposeful, elevated design and a meticulous work ethic to every project she undertakes. Based in Cleveland, OH Claire is passionate about delivering curated, high-end spaces while providing a seamless client experience from concept to completion.
Tara Holmes is the heart behind Will + Blu’s “back of house” operations, keeping the wheels turning smoothly as our Director of Procurement. She joined the team in 2023, bringing with her a rich background in Logistics Operations and Customer Solutions — and we honestly can’t imagine how we ever managed without her.
With years of experience and a true eye for detail, Tara handles purchasing, procurement, and order management with incredible precision and care. Her thoughtful organization ensures every project runs seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing our design team to bring each vision to life. Tara’s calm presence and problem-solving spirit make her an essential part of what makes Will + Blu feel like home.
